This was bought for a friend, I simply said one day "you know you've tried about everything that's available with so/so result's...why not give this a try. After showing her the website and reviews she agreed to try it. I mentioned to her, I think this will help and I'll buy the first bottle for you...if you like it, great, if not, lest you tried something different. Happy to say she is very happy with Out of Service, she did say the taste is a-bit to get use to too, a little bitter but other than that very happy with it.
