We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from Rescue1CBD.com.
  • Returns are limited to one opened product per customer. All other returned products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@rescue1cbd.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was marked as "free shipping," the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If your product was damaged or defective upon arrival, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Sample packs
  • Products not purchased directly from our website
