ORDERS, DELIVERY & RETURNS
We charge a flat rate of $5 to ship all orders. It costs more than that, we just don’t want YOU paying for it!
We use USPS for all of our shipping. We’ll notify you via email when your product has shipped and you’ll receive tracking info immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear on the USPS website, but sometimes it’s sooner than that.
To return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll email you a label to print so that you will not incur shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR HEMP FROM?
We are very proud to say our CBD is sourced from hemp (not marijuana) plants grown in Tennessee, USA
WHAT IS YOUR CBD OIL EXTRACTED FROM?
Our CBD is extracted from hemp plants grown on farms in Tennessee. These farms were tested to ensure no contaminants or runoff were present before the hemp plants were seeded. A common problem in the hemp industry is that these contaminants find their way into the hemp plant since the plant is like a sponge in the soil. Finding perfect soil means you’ll produce the perfect CBD.
IS YOUR CBD OIL FLAVORED?
Nope! We only have two ingredients: Broad Spectrum hemp extract (CBD, CBG, CBC) and MCT oil. That’s it.
HOW MUCH CBD OIL SHOULD I TAKE AND WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD?
Everyone is different, but we recommend that you begin with one full dropper (1mL) daily under your tongue and holding it for as long as you feel comfortable.
CBD is considered very safe by the World Health Organization (WHO), they state that it has no potential for abuse and is tolerated well. Even in very high doses, CBD is safe to take, so don’t be shy about increasing your dose as needed.
Please consult with your physician if you would like to increase the dosage.
WILL CBD OIL CAUSE ME TO FAIL A DRUG TEST?
CBD does not cause a failed drug test. The metabolites of THC do. We test every batch of our Broad Spectrum CBD oil to ensure it has 0.000% THC in it and we post those results on our site as well as with a QR code on the bottle.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HEMP AND MARIJUANA?
Both Marijuana and Hemp are of the same genus: Cannabis. But they’re different plants by the legal definition based on how much THC is present in them.
Marijuana has a high percentage of THC in it. Hemp has virtually no THC in it. The 0.3% or less THC in industrial hemp is not psychoactive, and does not make you feel ‘high’.
